Route 66 offers FREE shipping on orders over $99 Australia wide

Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $12

All items will be sent by Australia Post and tracking numbers will be recorded.

 

We offer 14 days returns policy for items, in which you are able to exchange for another size or get a store credit for your unwanted item; provided the item is not worn and has all tags still attached.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. We carefully inspect your items before packing and dispatching to ensure they are delivered to you in perfect condition.

Route 66 reserves the right to reject a return if we believe the item is not in new condition.

Please note we do not refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognized as faulty by the manufacturer.

All returns postage cost will be paid for by the customer.

We do not offer returns or exchange on sale items.
